01Information We Collect
When you book a trial or membership, we collect the parent/guardian name, email, phone number, and the participant's name and age. When you create an account we store your email and display name.
Payment details (card, UPI or bank information) are processed directly by Razorpay — we never see or store your full card or banking details.
We also collect basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used only to improve the website.
02How We Use Your Information
To confirm bookings, allocate batches and manage admissions.
To communicate schedules, changes, payment receipts and academy updates via email, SMS or WhatsApp.
To operate your parent account and show your booking history.
To improve our programs, website and customer support.
03Children's Information
Details of participating children (name and age) are provided by a parent or guardian and used solely for coaching, batching and safety purposes. We do not market directly to children.
04Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data only with trusted service providers who help us operate — for example Razorpay (payments), email delivery services and our hosting platform — and only to the extent needed for those services.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of participants and the academy.
05Data Security & Retention
Your data is stored on secure, access-controlled systems. We retain booking and account records for as long as your enrollment is active and as required for accounting and legal purposes.
No online system is perfectly secure, but we apply industry-standard safeguards and limit access to authorised staff only.
06Your Choices & Rights
You may request to view, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us. You can also unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the link in the email.
