Training Levels

Beginner

Foundational postures, breathing basics, and gentle flows in a calm setting.

Intermediate

Sun salutations, balance poses, and longer holds for strength and focus.

Advanced

Inversions, deeper backbends, and dynamic vinyasa with full breath control.
