01About Kriya Sports Academy

Kriya Sports Academy (“Kriya”, “we”, “us”) operates a multi-sport training academy at #11, Siddeshwara Nilaya, 15th Main, NRI Layout, Bangalore – 560043, offering coaching in Skating, Karate, Yoga, Kids Fun Activity and related programs.

By using our website, booking a trial or membership, or enrolling in any program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

02Admissions & Eligibility

Admissions are open to kids, teens and adults subject to age-appropriate batch availability. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must complete the booking and consent to participation.

You confirm that the participant is medically fit for physical activity. Please inform us of any medical condition, allergy or injury before the first session so coaches can plan safely.

03Bookings & Payments

Trial sessions and memberships can be booked through our website. Fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are payable in advance via our payment partner, Razorpay.

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation on screen and by email with your admission details.

Monthly fees are due at the start of each training month. Continued participation may be paused for overdue fees.

04Training, Conduct & Safety

Participants must follow coach instructions, respect fellow athletes and use equipment responsibly. We may suspend or discontinue training for unsafe, disruptive or abusive behaviour, without refund in cases of serious misconduct.

Appropriate sportswear and safety gear (for example, helmets and guards for skating) are mandatory where specified by the coach.

While we maintain a safe, supervised environment, sports carry inherent risk. To the extent permitted by law, Kriya Sports Academy is not liable for injuries arising from normal participation, except where caused by our proven negligence.

05Schedule Changes

Batch timings, venues and coaches may change due to weather, events, holidays or operational needs. We will communicate changes as early as possible and offer reasonable alternatives where a session is cancelled by us.

06Website Use

Content on this website — including text, images and logos — belongs to Kriya Sports Academy and may not be reproduced without permission. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false information.

07Governing Law & Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
